WHO ARE WE CROSSROADS?
A Caring Community
Crossroads is a community of believers who have put their trust in Christ as Savior and Lord. Each week we meet together for worship, praise and fellowship. Like others, you will find our church a warm and welcoming place. Our common bond of faith in Christ Jesus, and our gratitude to Him for the many ways He has saved us, compels us to love one another.
Cross Cultural/Multi-Ethnic
Increasingly, we are a church of many peoples. Today, our membership is made up of families that came from Africa and Europe many generations ago as well as those who were born abroad in West Africa, Europe, Asia, South America and the islands of the Caribbean. We are learning to celebrate our differences as we share our common humanity, common faith in Christ, and common responsibility for the mission of Christ in the world.
Inter-generational
No matter what your age, you will find a home at Crossroads—Infants to senior citizens are represented here. Our elementary age children participate in The Door,” an interactive and fun teaching method to introduce them to our Lord. Our middle school and high school kids participate in our youth activities and worship group known as Ten 55. And there are Sunday morning classes for youths and adults, as well as small -group worship, bible-study gatherings during the week in the church building, and in members’ homes.
